Challenge

The research included a lot of data, statistics and recommendations, so the biggest challenge was turning all of that information into a video that felt simple, clear and easy to follow.

We wanted to keep the importance of the topic, while making the story feel visually engaging and accessible to a wider audience.

Solution

We transformed the research findings into a structured animated story, starting with the current representation of women in leadership, moving through the barriers they continue to face, and ending with the changes needed to create more equal and inclusive workplaces.

Through motion, typography, and simple data visuals, we highlighted the key statistics and ideas without making the video feel overwhelming.

The goal was to let the research lead the story, while using animation to make the information feel more approachable, memorable, and easier to understand.

Impact

The final animation helped present a detailed study in a format that was much easier to watch, understand, and share.
It brought more visibility to the leadership gap in Bosnia and Herzegovina and clearly communicated why gender-balanced leadership matters for stronger companies, better governance and long-term economic growth.
For me, the project was a chance to use animation and visual storytelling for something that feels genuinely meaningful and important.
